QMI's onsite services bring world-class visual workplace seminars, workshops, and full-company conversions to your facility and your enterprise—many of them delivered by Dr. Galsworth. Click here for our Standard Start-Up Proposal.

We can deliver all of our nine core courses, on-site, often combined with long-distance coaching and/or reinforcement webinars to keep the momentum, application, and benefits growing. Our webinars can be customized for on-demand delivery—or live, delivered by Dr. Galsworth.

Our on-site services often begin with a 2.0-2.5 day visit that includes a site assessment, visual workplace on-site seminar, next steps planning, and often a hands-on application exercise. We call this Phase 1, summarized below.
