Ordering
You can place an order with us 24 hours a day using our online shopping basket and checkout system.
- Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm.
- The best time to call in your order is between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm.
After you’ve selected your products and added them to your shopping cart, you can view your shipping charges, adjust quantities or delete any items in your basket before checking out. Secure payment may be made by using your MasterCard, Visa or American Express card. Please note that all prices are in U.S. currency and are subject to change without notice.

When your order is ready to be mailed, you’ll receive a confirmation that will include your invoice, packing slip, shipment tracking number and the estimated arrival date.

Shipping We ship orders within the continental USA using ground service through a variety of carriers. Standard shipping takes from five to seven business days. (Deliveries to overseas military addresses take longer.) Shipping costs depend upon the weight of your order, its destination, the speed of delivery that you select, plus a small charge for handling. Please note: All weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns
The satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority.
We guarantee that the products we sell are in good condition when they are shipped from our facility.
If you have purchased a QMI Video System or one of its components, please refer to the Video System Warranty for information about an associated return.
If you have purchased a QMI product (other than the QMI Video System) and it is defective, please return it in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of the original QMI ship date via traceable mail to: QMI/Visual Lean Institute at 607 NE 32nd Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97232.
Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and specify why you are returning the goods. If QMI determines that your claim is valid, the product will be replaced and shipped back to you at QMI’s expense within 30 days. Please note that refunds cannot be given for your shipping charges.
In the event that the product was shipped outside the United States and could have been damaged during custom inspection or related processes, QMI may request that you provide written proof in English showing that the product was defective upon leaving the QMI offices.
