The Visual-Lean® Institute
The Visual-Lean® Institute (VLI) is QMI’s educational division where in-house instructors and external training professionals are trained and certified in QMI’s visual methodologies and their organizations are licensed in the use of our materials.
Aligned with two of Dr. Galsworth’s core frameworks, the Technologies of the Visual Workplace, and the Ten Doorways, these methods form the base of VLI’s train-the-trainers Curriculum.
Currently, that curriculum consists of eight distinct Train-the-Trainer Tracks, covering more than 15 visual methods. Galsworth and VLI’s faculty of senior implementation coaches provide expert knowledge and know-how during and after your training, including marketing assistance for external training firms. We succeed when you do.
Formed in 2006, VLI is a virtual institute, holding trainings in a range of locations—from Colorado and Texas to Minnesota and Oregon, and soon in Australia.
Our goal is to transfer our expertise so that you and your company—or, if you represent an external firm, you and your clients—become self-sufficient in our visual training and implementation technologies. In that way, you can achieve and sustain a fully-functioning, comprehensive visual enterprise on your own and continue to reap the extraordinary performance and bottom-line benefits that a visual enterprise creates.
