VLI Curriculum

Here is an overview of the eight Train-the-Trainer tracks in the curriculum of the Visual-Lean® Institute (VLI).

Each track focuses on a specific visual technology, or set of technologies, and can range from three to five days of instruction. Most of our tracks include direct work with an actual client company, local to the venue where the instruction is held.

When you graduate from a given VLI Track, you are certified to teach it and are provided with a robust set of instructional materials specific to that track. Click here for a look at a sample set of trainer materials.

Please Note: Attendance at Track-1, an overview, is required before registering for other VLI tracks.
